Ward 5

Ward 5 is a first-person psychological horror game set in an abandoned Soviet-era hospital, where you play as Dmitri, separated from his friends Alex and Misha deep inside the sealed underground Ward 5. As you explore the corridors and read scattered patient records, a message addressed to you by name orders you to collect a set number of disembodied eyes scattered throughout the ward in exchange for the ward key, which you can use to escape. Your flashlight is essential for navigation but causes pain to whatever lives in the dark, drawing danger toward you.
This game is a prototype and may contain bugs. I disclose that AI was used in its creation – Claude for the code, ChatGPT for the images, and Meshy for the 3D models.
